RideConnect is a program of Family Services of Westchester and our team has access to over 50 other senior- and family-focused programs and services offered right here by FSW.
If you need other help, a member of our team can refer you to appropriate services as needed. We also have access to experienced social workers who can assist when needed.
In addition, we offer a Care Management program. This is a free service for seniors age 60 and over. A dedicated care manager will provide personalized information and support. If you or your loved one has financial or family concerns, needs help with mental health care, or just wants to learn more about local activities and amenities available to seniors, reach out to us today. We will get you the information you’re looking for and even follow up to make sure you have been connected to the proper services.
