If you or a loved one is struggling to find reliable transportation to dialysis treatments, RideConnect of FSW is here for you. We understand how critical regular dialysis is for your health, which is why we’re proud to offer FREE Dialysis Transportation Services for seniors aged 60 and over.
We provide two convenient transportation options:
Rides with Volunteers
Our dedicated volunteers offer free rides to dialysis treatments, medical appointments, grocery shopping, social events, and more throughout Westchester and Southern Putnam Counties, New York.
Dialysis Van Service
We also have a free dialysis van operated by our professional drivers. Contact us today to see if the van service is available in your area!
Dialysis Transportation
In order to receive rides, you need to sign up as a client with our program. Our sign-up process is very simple and is done over the phone.
